We were greeted by more than adequate, proactive staff. The room was dated walls needed painted and available with balcony. Had a plentiful breakfast with many options, truly enjoyed the meal.

Good staff at receptio.we arrived at 11 A.m and they made us early check in. Good location, nice big room with all facilities.
Restaraunt doesnt work on Sundays. Staff in the bar have problems with ears. We ve been ordered rwo sirloins and got only one. I ve been hungry and really dissappointed.

The whole hotel was fairly clean and the staff was accommodating and incredible. Very central location was a plus. Everything was great and within 15 minutes' drive of George Best Belfast City airport.

Excellent room decor in keeping with the Radisson, Scandinavian based brand. We also had an interesting and attractive view over the water feature. We thought that the Restaurant was well presented with a good, reasonably priced Italian menu and the portions were acceptable, though too much emphasis on "sides" We found all of the Staff to be really helpful with plenty of advice for visitors from across the Irish Sea.
This is a first class Hotel, no adverse comments from us.

A perfect location within walking distance to the city, the room offered fine views, although it felt a bit cold despite thermostat adjustments. Especially the bar team who served us late into the night. Local food options were a nice touch in the area.
